SAS International was proudly represented at the CISCA Summit 2026, held in Grapevine, Texas. The event brought together professionals from across the ceiling and interiors industry.
CISCA, the Ceilings and Interior Systems Construction Association, is a leading US industry body made up of contractors, distributors, manufacturers and independent representatives. It's annual summit provides a valuable platform for collaboration, professional development and industry recognition.
SAS was represented at this year’s event by Charlotte Morgan, Nic Fulton, Tom Gage, Dana Sauntry and Ninio Usal. Their attendance reflects our continued commitment to engaging with the CISCA network and supporting the wider industry.
A key highlight of the summit was the Excellence in Construction Awards Dinner, attended by approximately 280 industry professionals.
Charlotte Morgan represented SAS on stage as a co-presenter to announce this year’s award winners. This role was by nomination from the CISCA Summit Committee, recognising active contribution to the association.
Across 18 award categories, winners were invited on stage while key project information, contributing partners and overall industry impact were shared with the audience.
Charlotte Morgan also graduated as part of the CISCA Emerging Leaders Program Class of 2026.
The programme is a structured four-year development initiative designed to support future leaders across the industry.
Charlotte graduated as part of a cohort of 11 participants and was the only female in the graduating group, marking a significant personal and professional achievement.
The summit also included a WEB (Women Enhancing Building) education session based on The Three Measurements of Impactful Leaders by Betsy Allen-Manning.
Delivered as a roundtable discussion, the session explored how leadership concepts can be applied in practice. It focused on articulating impact, increasing visibility and navigating workplace challenges.
WEB was established in 2023 to support, connect and develop women across the construction industry through both in-person and virtual engagement. Charlotte Morgan is a member of the WEB committee, further strengthening SAS involvement in this important initiative.
